Applying edible photos for cake

Quick guide describing what is involved:
- The edible picture can be used on most types of icing including fondant, sugar paste, royal, butter or glacé.
- Keep your edible photo in the air tight bag until you are ready to use it.
- Make sure the surface of your cake icing is just a little moist (but not wet) before trying to apply your edible photo. Avoid getting any moisture on the icing photos printed surface.
- When ready, peel the backing away from the edible photo. If the image is difficult to remove do not try and force it – see instructions.
- Apply the edible image to the cake from the centre outwards.
- Protect your icing photo with a paper towel then gently pat to remove any air bubbles.
